Representative Louie Gohmert is one of the bravest men in Washington. He is right in pointing out the spiritual foundation upon which our nation was built. Christians don’t want to coerce anyone to become a Christian if it violates their conscience. We don’t want to have a God-centered government (theocracy), we are simply wanting to have the right to practice our faith without government interference, and to resist any historical revision that removes God from our the lives of our Founders.

Asking price has absolutely nothing to do with FMV (Fair Market Value). As an investor you should never pay FMV or asking price even if the asking price is lower than FMV. If the asking price is below FMV there has to be a reason.
The better investment is whichever house has a more motivated seller. The more motivated the seller is the bigger your discount will be from FMV.
